Mother tubes are sourced from reliable producers using EAF, hot extrusion, and cold-rolled bright annealed processes.

Due to the limited availability of quality heat exchanger, instrumentation, and hydraulic tubes in India, we have established a world-class facility to serve this niche market. Our expertise lies in small-diameter austenit- ic and duplex stainless steel tubes used in petrochemicals, power, pharma, heat exchanger fabrication, and offshore applica- tions like umbilical tubing.

  • Multiple draw cycles ensure ID surface finish <0.4 μm Ra, with fully bright annealed inner surfaces.

  • Tubes can be supplied up to 500 meters in length (e.g., 6 mm OD x 0.89 mm WT), based on mother tube availability.
